A common analytics experience for developers and stakeholders
REDAS-IDD provides common dashboards for developers and stakeholders to visualize data trends and insights. The delivery combines application engineering with analytics integration: C#/.NET services, an Angular single-page application, Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure.
I led technical design and development, worked on Azure deployment and CI/CD, and coordinated the project's third-party vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
Application, analytics, and data have distinct responsibilities
- Angular · User-facing application
- A single-page application provides the shared application experience.
- C#/.NET and REST · Application services
- The backend and API stack support application development and integration.
- Power BI · Analytics and visualization
- Common dashboards surface trends and insights for the intended stakeholders.
- SQL Server and Azure · Data and cloud environment
- SQL Server is part of the documented data stack, and the platform was deployed on Azure Cloud Services.
Delivery included the release and security path
- Design and implement the applicationLead the C#/.NET and Power BI work, with the Angular and REST application stack.
- Establish continuous deliverySet up Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD and deploy the platform on Azure.
- Apply secure development practicesImplement OWASP practices as part of the engineering work.
- Coordinate independent security testingWork with third-party VAPT testing as part of the platform's security assurance.
The delivery included successful third-party testing alongside application development and deployment.
What this project demonstrates
The delivered platform gave developers and stakeholders a common place to visualize trends and insights. My role crossed application implementation, analytics integration, cloud deployment, release pipelines, and security coordination.
It is a useful example of delivery ownership beyond a dashboard alone: the surrounding application and release process are part of making analytics usable in an enterprise setting.
